Our Team
Dave Mileski
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER · CO-FOUNDER · MANAGING MEMBER

Dave’s distinguished career in real estate spans five decades—investing in, managing, and developing over 60 million square feet of industrial and commercial properties. In 2008, he co-founded Mileski Holdings to serve as the property management function for his real estate portfolio and to expand into non-real estate investments.
As CEO, Dave oversees and provides guidance in the management of our real estate portfolio which spans 6 states and comprises 5 million square feet of property—mostly large industrial projects—and 750 acres of developable land. Dave is always on the lookout for new projects, and he takes great pride in seeing them realized.
Dave adds strategic vision and industry perspective to our operating companies. He is a majority member and sits on the board of both a 165,000 SF fully-integrated indoor cannabis facility in Monterey County, California, and a juice box co-packing facility in Riverside County, California.
Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at San José State University, and started his real estate career as a broker with Ashwill–Burke & Company. He went on to co-found real estate brokerage firm Industrial Commercial Properties, which he still owns and operates today with a partner.
Dave lives in Southern California with his wife of over 50 years, and enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time with his children, grandchildren, and friends.
