Dave and Mike Mileski founded Mileski Holdings in 2008 in Torrance, California, to perform property management and financial oversight of our affiliated real estate projects and operating companies.
Mileski Holdings manages approximately 5 million square feet in 8 states and 750 acres of developable land. Our affiliated projects are predominantly industrial commercial real estate, from distribution and manufacturing centers to retail and flex office space.
Our seasoned operations team ensures seamless operations through expert property management, while our strategic leasing approach attracts and keeps high-quality tenants. We secure the funding, orchestrate strategic expansion, and oversee all development.
