Michael Mileski co-founded Mileski Holdings in 2008, and serves as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for all aspects of the business including strategic initiatives and overall operations.

In Mileski Holdings’ real estate endeavors, Mike heads all development, from acquisition of raw land and entitlement to construction and finished product. Our portfolio of affiliated projects consists of over 5 million square feet of property and 750 acres of developable land, spanning 8 states. Mike leads all debt/equity financing and leasing transactions for all projects, as well as oversees their property management and tenant relations.

Mike’s expertise extends to two affiliated operating companies. He serves as a Chairman of the Board for a cannabis facility, a 165,000 SF fully-integrated indoor grow in Monterey County, California, as well as offers strategic oversight of a Southern California juice box co-packing facility, since 2009.

Prior to Mileski Holdings, Mike honed his financial acumen managing a variety of public and private clients during a 10-year tenure as a senior audit manager at Deloitte. Specializing in depository institutions, he gained invaluable insights into the intricate financial workings of the banking industry, including financial instruments, internal control procedures, and primary and public stock offerings. Mike became a certified public accountant in 2001, and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of Arizona in 1996, with a double major in Finance and Accounting.

Mike and his wife live in Southern California with their daughter, and enjoy traveling and spending time outdoors.
